Participate in one individual interview, scheduled at your convenience, conducted via Zoom.

Letter to Self
Write a letter to 'Self' reflecting on your teaching practices. In your letter, thoughtfully reminisce about the approaches, decisions, and experiences that have shaped your work in the classroom.
Three Ways to Reflect on Your Teaching

Self-Recording Lesson Plans
Select two previously used lesson plans and film yourself explaining each via a ten-minute video. Make sure you are clearly visible on camera while you talk through how you used cognitive load theory to boost student learning.

Individual Interview
Please find a calm space for our chat. As you share, I invite you to describe your thoughts, feelings, and sights. Recount your unique story of how cognitive load elimination influenced your planning and classroom. Relive how this strategy has enhanced student achievement
Time Commitment
The full experience takes approximately 1:15--2:00 hours. You may complete all activities in one sitting or spread them out across your day.
